Looking inward, Cumming identified individuals who possessed superior knowledge of each of the firm’s core sectors and elevated their role to that of Sector Leader or “Champion.” Leveraging their understanding of our clients’ unique needs – from specific program elements to industry standards and regulations – our Sector Champions play a key role on every project in their sector. First, they offer leadership to both the Cumming team as well as to our client and their assigned staff. Additionally, they offer technical input, share best practices from across the industry, and help our clients benchmark their project to similar projects in their region and across the nation.
